How do I set up live support to my own website?

We have a couple of ways that you are able to set up inbound customer support. Here are a few.

Email Support. This allows you to create a support email address for your customers to email you their issues. This will create a ticket in your system. Here is a video that explains this a little further https://vimeo.com/62083303.

Contact Us Widget. This is a little widget that you can place as a link on your site. It creates a simple form for your customers to submit a support request to you. Here is an image of how this image would look once its been added to your website.
