Overview:
This feature allows end users to receive a satisfaction survey when a ticket is closed. You can customize the closed ticket email notification and attach your own customer satisfaction survey to it.
Steps:
Customize email notification
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on the “Settings” option in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on “Emails” on the Configurations page.
4. Click on the "Email Custom Messages" button.
5. Click on the "Edit Message" link.
6. Edit the email body in the text box.
7. Click on "Save and Close" button.
The system sends the user an updated message via email after the ticket is closed.
