What is the easiest way to simply view tickets that I have closed?

    There are a few ways.

    You can go to Tickets > Create a Filter where you are the Tech and the Status is Closed. Then you can save this filter as ‘My Closed Tickets’ for future use.

    You can also go to Reports > Ticket Count report and create a search paramenter that is grouped by Technicians within a certain date.
