How can I prevent email parser from finding my email when I forward a ticket request?
How can I prevent email parser from finding my email when I forward a ticket request? Sometimes clients send issues to my grady@mile18.com instead of my support@mile18.com. When I forward these to the email parser address I get added as a user on the ticket and have to detach myself.

When you forward a ticket to the email parser the parser is looking at the FROM: address to assign the end-user of the ticket. You are able to use the original sender by using the command line for 'finduser'
