How do I restore a ticket I accidentally deleted?

    Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to un-delete a ticket. Only System Admins have the ability to delete tickets and there should be a challenge box alerting the user this will be a permanent deletion.

    What you can do is try and find the email on the deleted ticket and use this to recreate the ticket in your system. You will be able to set the created date on the ticket creation.
