Is there a way to combine tickets if the user has submitted multiple tickets.

    You may need to turn the feature ON. If you go to Configuration > Tickets and then go check the box ‘Related Tickets’. Once you have this turned on you will have an option in the ticket details to ‘Relate’ tickets. You can do a search to join the tickets together.

    We have 'Related' tickets. You can go into a the ticket details and then relate tickets to multiple tickets. When you close out one of the those related tickets you will be given the option to close them all out.
