    Full vanity support is still under development. We expect to have our first release soon. It will only support sub-domains. (e.g. support.company.com, helpdesk.company.com, etc) and will require the organization to manage the security certificates with us.

    SherpaDesk runs completely under SSL so managing individual organization's certificates is required.

    Currently we are only supporting partial vanity URLs (i.e. tanqiafzc.sherpadesk.com). We will soon be releasing full vanity (ie. support.tanqiafzc.com) for your support portal.
