Overview:
The creation date and time are automatically populated in the corresponding field by the system. However, the settings can be altered to allow the user to edit and change the creation date and time while creating a ticket.
Steps:
Enable ticket creation date and time
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on the “Settings” option in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on the "Tickets" on the Configurations page.
4. Select the "Edit ticket creation date/time" checkbox and click on "Apply" button.
5. Navigate to the "Create Ticket" page.
The "Creation Time" field is enabled and user can specify their own creation date and time for the ticket.
