How do I merge two 'Accounts' (Clients)? We have an account that was entered twice and has tickets under both.
Also, how do I delete an "Account' (Client)?

    When you rename another account with the same account name, the system will ask if you would like to merge these accounts. Once confirmed, this is an irreversible action
