Overview:
Overage time can be transferred to a new pre-paid pack by accessing the customer's contract and completing the transfer.
Steps:
Transfer Overgage time
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Accounts" in the side navigation pane.
3. Select an account on the Accounts page.
4. Click on the "Contracts" tab.
5. Click on the "Transfer time logs to new pre-paid pack" icon.
6. Enter the Name, Amount, and select the Technician.
7. Click on the "Create Pre-paid pack and Close" button.
The overage time is transferred to a new prepaid pack and displayed on the Account detail page.
