How can I let technicians only see the queue they are assigned to?

Overview:

This feature allows filters to be placed on your technicians to restrict their access to specific tickets.


Steps:

Assign Queue

1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.

2. Click on the “Settings” in the horizontal menu.

3. Click on "Logins" on the Configurations page.

4. Click on the Account name.

5. Click on the "Permissions" tab.

6. Select the "Global Filter" checkbox and select the Queues checkbox.

7. Click on the "Save" button.

The Home page of the Technician account displays only the filtered queues.
