How do I change an end user email address?

Overview:

The admin can update or change the end user's email address. Once updated, the changes will reflect across the system wherever the user’s email is used.


Steps:

Edit User Email

1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.

2. Click on the “Settings” in the horizontal menu.

3. Click on "Logins" on the configurations page.

4. Click on the account name.

5. Edit the email on the "Edit Login" page.

6. Click on the "Save and Close" button.

The user email has been updated. The user will receive an email and must confirm that their profile has been updated.
