Overview:
To create a recurring ticket, define the task and select the recurrence schedule. Once enabled, the work order will be automatically generated based on the schedule set.
Steps:
Create Recurring Ticket
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on “Tickets” in the side navigation pane.

3. Click on the 'Scheduled' tab.

4. Click on the "Add New Schedule" button.

5. Specify the days, time, and recurring type.

6. Click on the "Save and Close" button.


The work order is now automated to be sent out on your set schedule (e.g., once a week, once a month).
