Overview:
Even after a ticket is closed, it can be reopened if the technician needs to work on it again. This helps in handling follow-up issues without creating a new ticket.
Steps:
ReOpen Ticket
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on “Tickets” in the side navigation pane.
3. Click on a "Closed" status ticket.
4. Select the "ReOpen" option from the Actions dropdown.
The Ticket is reopened successfully, and its status has been changed to "Open".
