  • Resolved the issue where ISL Remote Assistance was not responding
  • Improved the timer to calculate up to 4 decimals, allowing for the option to record in 5 and 10 min increments

  • Fixed the data parameter issue on the Payment page, where filters were adding an extra day

  • Fixed issues where tickets were not being correctly assigned to the Boards when created from the portal

  • Updated tabs to use #[TKT Number] for techs opening multiple ticket windows
  • Fixed the issue of not being able to convert an Alert to a Ticket
