Overview:
You can edit the end user of a ticket from the Ticket detail page. This is helpful if the ticket was created for the wrong user or needs to be reassigned.
Steps:
Change End User
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Tickets" in the side navigation pane.
3. Click on a ticket on the Tickets page.
4. Click on the "Change End User" icon.
5. Click the "Change" link next to the End User.
6. Search for the user by their first name.
7. Click on the user to select as the End user.
The End user of the ticket is updated for the ticket.
