Overview:
This feature allows the user to customize notification rules for technicians. The technician will receive email notifications only for the fields specified in the rule configuration.
Steps:
Configure Notification Rules
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on “Settings” in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on "Notifications" on the configurations page.
4. Click on the "Edit" icon on the Technician.
5. Select the checkbox of the rules and click on the "Save and Close" button.
The technician will receive notifications based on the fields defined in the rule.
