Bug Fixes and Optimization

  • Continual improvement in sending and receiving emails to prevent email domain blocking
  • Improved the ticket's time fields and made them more properly aligned
  • Made additional UI improvements for Dark Mode
  • Fixed the issue where WorkPad was not accepting iFrames
  • Fixed the issue when trying to edit the ReOpen log on ticket details
  • Fixed a UI issue where required fields were not being marked with an asterisk (*)
  • Increased the +New Response box width by 20%
  • Fixed an issue where the UX was not updated correctly when closing related tickets
  • Added the Login count back on the Login page in Configuration
  • Fixed a UI issue when the description box exceeded the borders of the ticket

Tickets

  • Created a clock, Wait (Tech), that indicates the amount of time a user is waiting for a technician's response
  • Updated Notes on ticket details. Made the notes tab persistent, colored, and applied a notification icon when a note is entered and saved

API

  • Added new calls to allow the ability to create Scheduled Tickets via APis

Custom Report Designer

  • Currently in the process of sunsetting the existing report designer and will be implementing a new custom report creator in BETA
