Overview:
The asset can be deleted by changing the status of the asset to "Deleted" on the Update Asset page.
Steps:
Delete Asset via Update Asset Page
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Settings" in the horizontal menu.
2. Click on "Assets" on the configuration page.
3. Select the "Enabled" checkbox.
4. Click on the "Save" button.
5. Click on "Assets" in the side navigation pane.
6. Click on an Account.
7. Select "Deleted" from the Status dropdown.
8. Click on the "Apply" button.
The status of the asset is changed to "Deleted".
