How do I edit account?


Overview:

The user can update account details like name, contact info, and address from the Account detail page.


Steps:

Edit Account

1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.

2. Click on "Accounts" in the side navigation pane.

3. Click on an Account.

4. Select the "Edit" option from the Actions dropdown.

5. Edit the fields in the 'Edit Account' page.

6. Click on the "Save and Close" button.

The account is updated with the data specified.
