Overview:
While setting up a new user, it’s important to ensure that the password meets the required criteria: it must be at least 5 characters long and include at least one special character. If these conditions are not met, an error message will be displayed, and the user creation will not proceed.
Steps:
Create Password
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Settings" in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on "Logins" on the configurations page.
4. Click on the "Add New Login" button.
5. Click on the "Continue" button.
The password requirements are displayed in the form of an error message below the password field.
