How can I set due dates for tickets?

Overview:

The due date for the ticket can be set on the ticket’s detail page.


Steps:

1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.

2. Click on "Settings" in the horizontal menu.

3. Click on "Tickets" on the configurations page.

4. Click on the checkbox and click on the "Apply" button.

5. Click on "Tickets" in the side navigation pane.

6. Click on a ticket.

7. Enter the Date and Time in the "Due" section.

8. Click on the "Apply" button.

The Due date and time for the ticket have been applied.
