Overview:
This feature allows you to link custom fields to specific classes within a ticket. When a user selects a class related to the issue, only the custom fields assigned to that class will appear.
Steps:
Create Custom Forms
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Settings" in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on "Custom Fields" on the configurations page.
4. Click on the "Add New Custom Field" button.
5. Select the Type from the dropdown.
6. Select the class from the dropdown.
7. Select the subclass and click on the "Save" button.
8. Click on "Tickets" in the side navigation pane.
9. Click on the "Create Ticket " button.
10. Select the class and subclass that is assigned to the custom field.
11. The custom field assigned to the class is displayed on the "Create Ticket" page.
