Creating A Custom Fields Report

Overview:

Users often need to generate custom reports based on data stored in their Custom Fields. To display this data separately, rather than repeating the ticket ID for each field, you’ll need to configure a pivot column.


Steps:

Create Report

1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.

2. Click on "Reports" in the horizontal menu.

3. Click on "Custom Reporter Builder" on the Reports page.

4. Click on the "New" button.

5. Select the "Ticket Custom Field" checkbox.

6. Click on the "Continue to Fields" button.

7. Select the fields from the dropdown and click on the "Add Pivot" button.

8. Select the Pivot fields from the dropdown.

9. Select the filters and click on the "Preview" button.

When you preview your report, each Custom Field will be displayed in its column
