Overview:
Users can customize the portal from the Configurations page, where they can add Links, Contact details, Knowledgebase articles, and design the portal according to their preferences.
Steps:
Customize Support Portal
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Settings" in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on "Support Portal" on the configurations page.
4. Enter the fields that need to be displayed on your support portal.
5. Click on the "Apply" button.
The specified details are displayed in the support portal.
Add Link
1. Click on the "Add New Link" button.
2. Specify the link in the field and click on the "Save and Close" button.
The link is displayed in the Useful Links section.
Design page
1. The HTML Header, Footer, and CSS code of the portal are displayed on the page. If the fields are empty, then the portal will have the default design.
2. Replace the logo image address in the highlighted text area in the Header HTML Skin.
3. Enter the header color in the highlighted text area in the CSS code.
4. Click on the "Save" button.
Your portal now reflects the new design based on the updated code.
