Overview:
When creating a custom field or class type, Admins have the option to hide specific data fields from Standard Users.
Steps:
Hide Custom field
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on "Settings" in the horizontal menu.
3. Click on "Custom Fields" on the configurations page.
4. Click on "Add New Custom Field" button.
5. Enable "For Technicians Only" checkbox.
6. Click on "Save" button.
The custom field is enabled only for Technicians and hidden from other users.
Hide Class
1. Click on "Classes" on the configurations page.
2. Click on "Edit Class" icon.
3. Enable the checkbox and click on the "Save" button.
The class is visible only to Technicians and Administrators.
