Overview:
The filters feature lets you save your custom filter settings, so you don’t have to set them every time. You can also delete saved filters if you no longer need them.
Steps:
Delete Saved Filter
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on “Tickets” in the side navigation pane.

3. Click on the "Filters" button.

4. Select a filter from the 'Saved Filter' dropdown.

5. Click on the "Delete" button in the Save My Filter section.


Once confirmed, the filter is removed from the Saved Filters section.
