Bug Fixes and Optimization

  • Improvement in detecting and restricting spam. Implemented a whitelist option for tickets that are detected as spam, but are legitimate domains
  • Added a validation check for invalid emails on the Support Email field
  • Added the 'Search KB' icon back to the response ribbon
  • Fixed a bug where the markup percentage was not updating correctly when applied by a percentage %
  • Fixed styling issue when asset profile data was not being properly aligned in the search box.

Time Logs

  • Added an option to review time logs from inactive technicians
  • Added the option to sort column headers on time logs
