Overview:
By default, ticket responses display timestamps in a relative format (e.g., “3 days ago”), which may not always provide sufficient clarity. To view the exact date and time of a response, hover your mouse over the timestamp. A tooltip will appear showing the full details.
Steps:
View Time Stamp
1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.
2. Click on “Tickets” in the side navigation pane.

3. Click on a ticket on the Tickets page.

4. Mouse over the timestamp on the ticket Response.

The tooltip of the timestamp displays the date and time the ticket response was submitted.
