How to bulk close tickets

Overview:

Multiple tickets can be closed in bulk at once, updating the status of each selected ticket to "Closed". This helps save time when managing large numbers of resolved tickets.


Steps:

Close Tickets in Bulk

1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials.

2. Click on “Tickets” in the side navigation pane.

3. Select the checkbox for the tickets.

4. Select "Close" from the bulk options dropdown.

5. Select the "Creation Category" and " Resolution" from the dropdown.

6. Click on the "Close Tickets" button.

All tickets are closed in bulk at once, and their status is updated to "Closed".
