Bug Fixes and Optimization

- Continuing to improve the sending and receiving of email to secure against phishing and spam attacks

- Updated some configuration UI so that the labels were closer to the select options

- Implemented a white list option for tickets that may be incorrectly tagged as spam

-Fixed issue when tickets were being created via email, the default class was not being assigned

-Fixed UI bug where the Alternate Tech was not being displayed correctly in adding a routing rule

-Removed some log entries being sent to the end user regarding transfer, closure, and date change

- Fixed bug where Custom Fields were not being applied to worklist columns

- Added the ticket ID URL to the header of an event

- Updated Related tickets to appear on the header during ticket closeout. Implemented a vertical scroll for 5+ tickets

- Fixed a bug when users tried to export their data from reports

- Fix the responsive view on mobile

- Fixed bug where the legend links were not responsive when viewed on mobile

- Fixed UI issue on Boards when text would be presented outside of the box

- Fixed broken images in the email sent for asset assignments

- Fixed bug where the default field for Custom Fields was not being applied when the value was left NULL

Ticket Detail and Worklist

- Updated the Response box to move vertically to the Overview so that it no longer covers up the latest updates.

- Moved the bulk action buttons to be displayed horizontally to not cover up selected items

-Fixed alignment UI issues on ticket expenses

Dark Mode

- Added the ability to set a Dark Mode preference located under Profile > Appearance

Xero Accounting

- Added the ability to download all service items and rates from Xero

FreshBooks

- Fixed an issue when trying to sync Projects with FreshBooks

SherpaDesk CoPilot

- Updated to ChatGpt 4.1
