- Continuing to improve the sending and receiving of email to secure against phishing and spam attacks
- Updated some configuration UI so that the labels were closer to the select options

Ticket Detail and Worklist
- Updated the Response box to move vertically to the Overview so that it no longer covers up the latest updates.
- Moved the bulk action buttons to be displayed horizontally to not cover up selected items
-Fixed alignment UI issues on ticket expenses
Dark Mode
- Added the ability to set a Dark Mode preference located under Profile > Appearance
Xero Accounting
- Added the ability to download all service items and rates from Xero
FreshBooks
- Fixed an issue when trying to sync Projects with FreshBooks
