Creating a Business Customer vs an Individual Customer

I am configuring the details and have a few questions...
How do I edit/add customer types. i.e. Business Customer/ Residential Customer
Ticket Types i.e. On-site / In-House

    When creating a new account you are given the option to set the account up as either a customer (Business Customer) or as an Individual (Residential Customer)
