Does SherpaDesk allow a primary Service Technician and Backup Tech per Customer account?

    Technicians are not assigned to an account. Tickets are assigned to Technicians. You can setup your routing rules so that when a specific Account creates a ticket it is automatically routed to a primary technician and alternate technician. This would be setup by going into the 'Config' section and then down to 'Routing'.
