How do I add "to-do list" template to a Service Request?

    Automatically Add ToDo's to a Service Request


    You would first need to create the "To Do" template by going to the main menu and selecting ToDos

    and then creating your ToDo template by selecting template

    Once the template is created you can assign the template to a specific 'Class' by going into the 'Config' section and then down to your 'Classes'. Edit the Class that you want to assign the ToDo template to and choose from your drop down list.

    Assign ToDo List to a Ticket


    You can assign a ToDo template to a ticket by choosing from your list of ToDo's on ticket creation as well as on the ticket detail page.
