I have a user who can not sign in. It says it does not recognize their email and if I try to correct it, it says there is already an account that exists but I can not find it.

    Often times this user is listed in archived users. You can toggle this list by going to Configuration > Logins. Scroll to the bottom to review Archived. If your user is listed there you will need to reactivate them.
