Bug Fixes and Optimization
- Fixed parser bug when replies were not formatted correctly and the parser was executing commands for the tips
- Fixed email links that were including the wrong auditor during the Asset Auditor process
- Fixed invoicing error where it was creating a loop of moving an Invoice out of Ready to Invoice section
- Fixed issue where Alerts were timing out and causing an error
- Fixed parser bug where it was included FROM: tag on all replies
- Fixed parser bug where it truncated and deleted some text messages withing the body of the email
- Fixed bug with Filter Techs were unable to review tickets in which they are assigned as an Alt User
