Please go to "Config > Xero" page.
Turn On Xero Integration and click “Connect to XERO” button for connecting to Xero.
Please enter Xero User Name and password on "Welcome to Xero" page and click Login button.
Click “Allow access” button.
SherpaDesk automatically create appropriate Items and Accounts on Xero.
Please go to Accounts page and click "Download All Xero Customers" button.
After this all downloaded from Xero and linked to SherpaDesk Account customers are marked by blue Xero logo.
If you want to sync some SherpaDesk Account to Xero, then please click on grey Xero Icon. You can sync SherpaDesk Account to existing Xero Contact or add new Contact to Xero.
If you want unlink SherpaDesk Account from Xero Contact or link SherpaDesk Account to some other Xero Contact, then please hover cursor on linked blue Xero icon and you will see two context menu items that allow you to do it.
Same user interface we have on “Config > Logins” page. On this page we can add new Contact on Xero, sync to existing Contact and unlink.
Same user interface we have on “Config > Time Tracking > Task Types” page. On this page we can add new Item on Xero, sync to existing Item, delete and unlink.
Same user interface we have on “Config > Invoices & Payments > Sales Tax Rates” page. On this page we can add new Tax Rate on Xero, sync to existing Tax Rate, delete and unlink.
On Invoices page you can sync SherpaDesk Invoice to Xero. Click on grey Xero icon for syncing.
After creating invoice on Xero you will see Xero Invoice Number and blue (linked) Xero icon.
If you want delete this invoice on Xero or unlink this Invoice from Xero, then please hover cursor on linked blue Xero icon and you will see two context menu items that allow you to do it.
Go to Invoice Detail page. On Invoice Detail page you can see Xero Invoice # and link to Invoice on Xero.
In Invoice Edit mode we have ability Update Invoice on Xero.
On Xero please go to “Business > Invoices” page and on Draft tab you will see invoice that we have just synced to Xero.
On Xero Invoice Detail page you can see link to Invoice in SherpaDesk and Reference with SherpaDesk Invoice Number.
Same User Interface that we have for Invoice, you can see for SherpaDesk Payments.
On Xero please click “Business > Bills to pay” and on Draft tab you will see Payment that we have just synced to Xero.
