What's the default password associated to a user account that's been created?
Hi, I'm trying to figure out what is the default password that's associated with the user account when the account is created. It seems the users have to reset their password straight away, is that true?
There is no default passwords for users. A users login can automatically be created by either sending an email into your support email address or by going to your support portal page and creating a ticket. The user will not receive a password. However, if they are needing to login into the portal to check on their existing tickets they will need to use the 'Forgot?' password option to establish their password.
