Why am I getting a Loop Error message?


Loop error messages usually occur if identical emails are sent in quick cessation/short amount of time (i.e < 2 mins). The system will reject the second email as a potential loop message.

Another reason a Loop message will occur is if you have set up an email address to create a new ticket in your system. This is referred to as a public email. If you have a public email also assigned to user or technician account in the system this will also create a loop. We will attempt to send a notification to that user which will then try and create another new ticket. This is a loop message.
