It appears SherpaDesk has made change in escalation process. Technicians can no longer choose from the drop down to escalate to District Level 3 in one step. If this one-step process has been removed, please reinstate it.

    Hey Pamela,

    You are able to escalate in the ticket details and in the transfer process. Where are you seeing the changes on escalation?

    Interestingly enough, we have added Escalate/De-esclate in the Action Button. This will be available in the next release and will allow your techs to go to the green action button to just automatically escalate the ticket with one-step.
