FreshBooks Integration

  • Added an option 'Add Time Log Items for Flat Fee Billing' that will add time logs with zero dollars amount to FreshBooks
  • Improved the workflow for integrating FreshBooks with SherpaDesk

Xero Integration

  • Added an option 'Add Time Log Items for Flat Fee Billing' that will add time logs with zero dollars amount to Xero
  • Added the option to include the 'Pay Now' button and link to be added to SherpaDesk invoices.

Time Logs

  • Added the option to include Internal Notes on each time log. These would only be viewable by technicians
  • Improved integration of Time Logs as Payments. When they are $0 payments they will be marked as non-billable items

Invoicing

  • Included the ability to sort column headers in the 'Ready to Invoice' section

Bug Fixes

  • Time Sheets - Fixed the refresh option so that when the account is changed the correct tickets are now showing
  • Printed Tickets - ToDo's are now showing up correctly with the title and notes on printed forms
  • Fixed the time-based notification bug that was still sending out responses even when a ticket was updated
  • Fixed an LDAP bug that was not adding users during replication
  • Fixed a bug when assigning a contract to a scheduled ticket it was not sticking
