How do I add "ToDo list" template to a Service Request?

Overview:

To Do's templates are a useful feature that allows you to manage and track tasks efficiently within the system. These templates can be customized and reused across different tickets and classes. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a To Do's template, assign it to a specific class, and link it to a ticket during creation or update.

To Do's templates for classes and tickets can either be created from scratch or assigned from existing templates.

Steps:

Creating the To Do's Template

  1. Log in to Sherpadesk with valid credentials
  2. Click on the Side Menu and select "To Dos"

3. Click on the "Template" button and a modal window to add a new template is displayed

4. Create a new Template by providing details

Assign Template to a Class

1. Go to the Configuration page and select "Classes."

2. Edit the Class that you want to assign the ToDo template to and choose from the drop-down list.

Assign To Do's Template to a Ticket

1. Go to the Tickets page and click on "Create Ticket"

2. Select the appropriate ToDo template from the available list and create the ticket

3. If the ticket is already created, you can still assign or change the ToDo template from the detail view.
