To connect you need to locate your API key and your Secret Key in the NinjaRMM console. These can be created in NinjaOne by going here
You will then enter these keys into the NinjaRMM Integration section located in ShepraDesk Configuration.
Once connected, you will then be able to sync your Accounts and Devices
