Is there a way to lock an employee's queue so that others cannot transfer tickets to them without approval?

There isn't a way to lock a particular employee's queue to restrict transfers from tech to another. SherpaDesk does provide Levels and Escalations that allow tickets to flow through an approval process. Tickets can be assigned to a Level 1 technician. The technician is then able to 'Escalate' the ticket that would route the ticket to the next Level technician.
