I need to be able to have a contractor interact and assign tickets to themselves. Is there a way to do this?

    Contractors are only able to be assigned by directly routing the tickets to them or by other technicians. Contractors are filtered to only view tickets assigned to them for 1 account. Upgrade the Contractor to a Technician in order \to have more flexibility in viewing tickets and transferring tickets
