I want to be able to send a technician email reminder when a ticket has been open for 10 days or more. Is this possible?

You are able to set time-based notifications to technicians for tickets that are open are have not been responded to in a designated time frame. To turn on these notifications you can go to Configuration > Notifications > Time-Based Notification.
