Is there a way to turn off the "Live Chat Offline" portion in the Portal?

Is there a way to turn off the "Live Chat Offline" portion in the Portal? We don't use this feature but, to our clients, it just looks like we use it but are always offline. It would be better to just not show it if we haven't enabled that integration.

    Live Chat Offline is tied to the Remote Assistance feature. To disable the Live Chat Offline option you can turn it off by going to Configuration > Remote Assistance and disabling the Remote Assistance feature.
