Setup Creation and Resolution Categories

Creation and Resolution categories provide insight into how tickets are getting created in your system and what method is being done to resolve them.

    To change the creation date you will need to turn this option ON. It can be found in Configuration > Tickets > Edit Ticket Creation Date/Time.

    We also provide import for Locations, Accounts, Assets and Users. These can all be found in Configuration under each of their sections.

    Can you tell me how I can change the creation date for a ticket?
    Do you have importing capabilities for existing data?
