How can I let technicians only see the queue they are assigned to?

    You can place filters on your technicians and restrict their access to specific tickets.

    • Go to the ‘Config’ section and then down to ‘Logins’.
    • Select the technician you would like to filter.
    • Go up to where it says ‘Global Filters’ in the users profile.
    • Place a check by all the Queues you want that technician to be able to access.
