How can I let technicians only see the queue they are assigned to?

You can place filters on your technicians and restrict their access to specific tickets.
Go to the ‘Config’ section and then down to ‘Logins’.
Select the technician you would like to filter.
Go up to where it says ‘Global Filters’ in the users profile.
Place a check by all the Queues you want that technician to be able to access.
Submit a Ticket
Check Existing Ticket
Start Live Chat
Live Chat Offline
Start Remote Assistance
