Is there any way to merge tickets that are for the same thing, but by different people?

Patrick ClementsWe don’t have a merge capability at the moment. You can ‘Relate’ tickets together. Then when you close out the ticket you have the option to close all related tickets.
Merging is something that is on our product roadmap, but we don’t have anything scheduled for release in the upcoming releases.Best Answer
